As a child you learned how to fit in, how to navigate life in your personal family and friendship groups. These rules still exist in your subconscious mind, so ingrained that you can't see them any more.

In previous lifetimes you have lived all kinds of experiences - from positive to deeply traumatic. You still carry the energy of those with you now.

All of these have taught you to hide. To play small. To not show the world the truth of who you are.

You are like a diamond, who has been buried in flames, then built a concrete bunker around it to contain it to protect yourself.

Who is Sonia?
